Why your organization needs CHANGE:

Change is important – in fact, vital -- for organizations.
Change leads into opportunities, investigations, and explorations. True, it requires work, but it’s good and compelling work, offering perspective, understanding, and propelling us forward.


We think “change” is what happens when our CEO announces the company has been bought out. Or when a spouse says, “I want out.” Or when a close family member dies.


Yes, that is change, but change is not simply coming to grips with a huge existential crisis. Change is learning to crawl, to speak, to write, to learn, to do.

Change is constant. Life IS change.


Just imagine what you would be like; what life would be like, what your business would be like, without change. You would be as helpless as a newborn, for one. And your business would be unable to compete in today’s economy.
